Rotary Story Video Submission
Entries must consist of one (1) original video with a maximum duration of three (3) minutes. The video should be publicly accessible via YouTube and must tell a compelling Rotary story—whether it highlights a service project, a member’s journey, or a club initiative. The content must be appropriate for all audiences, clearly represent Rotary’s values, and follow branding guidelines. Video links must be submitted in the Word document with short narrative, and entries exceeding the time limit may be disqualified.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES

Prepare Your Entry
Include the Youtube link of your Rotary Story Video in a Word document and a short narrative about it.

Click Submit
Use the Submit button to go to the designated Google Drive folder.

Upload to the Right Folder
- Find your District folder in the Drive.
- Inside it, create a new folder for your club.
- Name it like this: RC[ClubName]_D[District] (e.g., RCManila_D3810).
- Upload your ZIP file into your club folder.
