More than a single activity or post, this category celebrates a cohesive, multi-channel effort that tells Rotary’s story of service, leadership, and impact with clarity, creativity, and consistency.

A winning campaign engages audiences across platforms, inspires public support, and embodies the identity of Rotary as People of Action. From broadcast and print to social media and on-the-ground activations, this award goes to those who elevate Rotary’s visibility through a united and purposeful communication strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Unified Messaging – A strong central idea that guides the campaign across all media.

  • Multimedia Execution – At least three types of public image outputs (e.g., social media, video, print, broadcast, etc.).

  • Brand Alignment – Use of Rotary’s voice, visuals, and guidelines to maintain identity.

  • Impact-Driven – Evidence of strong engagement, public awareness, or behavior change.

  • Collaborative Synergy – Efforts that involve partners, fellow clubs, or communities to broaden reach.

The Criteria

How We Recognize Rotary’s Most Inspiring Campaigns

Concept & Message (35%)

Evaluates the clarity, creativity, and relevance of the campaign’s core idea. Messaging must reflect Rotary values and capture public interest.

Executions (40%)

Assesses the quality, consistency, and design of campaign materials across formats. Includes broadcast media, social media content, outdoor executions, etc.

Collaborative Reach (25%)

Measures how well the campaign engages the public, fellow clubs, or external partners. Recognizes campaigns with strong teamwork and cross-platform visibility.


Tips for a Powerful Public Image Campaign

  • Build your campaign around a unifying theme or story.

  • Use a mix of media: videos, posters, reels, Facebook pages, outdoor displays, news features, etc.

  • Stick to Rotary’s People of Action voice and brand guidelines.

  • Track your campaign’s engagement (reach, shares, reactions, earned media).

  • Include photos, links, or metrics to support your campaign’s success.

  • Show how the campaign inspired action or changed perceptions.

  • Collaborate with media partners or local organizations to amplify your message.
