What we’re looking for:
Clearly shows Rotarians in action, evoking emotion and purpose.
Unique approach, angle or composition that reflects the Rotary spirit.
The photograph is accompanied by an inspiring, meaningful description.
Combined number of likes, shares and reactions on social media, with meaningful interactions (comments) not just quantity.
Tips for capturing a compelling photo:
Focus on candid, real-time moments of service or interaction.
Show facial expressions that convey emotion—joy, determination, compassion.
Avoid posed or static group shots; aim for action and movement.
Use natural lighting and thoughtful composition to enhance storytelling.
Frame subjects at eye level or slightly below for dynamic perspective.
Include visible Rotary branding—shirts, pins, banners—for clear identity.
Capture diversity and inclusion across age, gender, roles and background.
