Broadcast Media Submission

Entries must feature actual broadcast interviews or media features highlighting a Rotary club, project, or initiative. The submission must include the following:

  • A YouTube link to the full video clip of the interview or feature as it aired on television, radio (with visual format), or podcast.

  • A brief description including the broadcast platform, air date, and the Rotary topic covered.

Only YouTube links will be accepted. Ensure that the content submitted clearly represents Rotary and aligns with the award criteria

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES

Prepare Your Entry

Include your Broadcast Media screenshots, links and a brief description . Save in a single ZIP file.

Click Submit

Use the Submit button to go to the designated Google Drive folder.

Upload to the Right Folder

  • Find your District folder in the Drive.
  • Inside it, create a new folder for your club.
  • Name it like this: RC[ClubName]_D[District] (e.g., RCManila_D3810).
  • Upload your ZIP file into your club folder.

NOTE: Only two (2) entries per club is allowed. Thank you.
