Outdoor Media Submission

Entries must feature one (1) Rotary-branded outdoor media execution such as a billboard, transit ad, banner, or mural placed in a public space. The submission must include the following:

  • Clear photo(s) of the outdoor media in its actual location.

  • A written description indicating the exact physical location of the media and the date it was displayed.

  • If available, video documentation should be uploaded to YouTube, and the link included in the submission.

Ensure all materials accurately represent the scale, visibility, and branding of the execution.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES

Prepare Your Entry

Include your Outdoor Media photos, video links and written description. Save in a single ZIP file.

Click Submit

Use the Submit button to go to the designated Google Drive folder.

Upload to the Right Folder

  • Find your District folder in the Drive.
  • Inside it, create a new folder for your club.
  • Name it like this: RC[ClubName]_D[District] (e.g., RCManila_D3810).
  • Upload your ZIP file into your club folder.
